Over the past years Planning Authority has prepared many development and construction guidelines and continues to do so. Such guidelines are required to facilitate achievement of its mandate in controlling development. Guidelines and development plans are tools which ensure consistency and transparency in decision making when assessing development. These also provide developers and designers with the necessary information to go about deciding, designing and proposing their projects to the Authority for consideration.
